• Members must adhere to current legislation for Private Hire & Reward.
• Our membership policy precludes operators who run under "Schedule 6" or "dry hire".
• Members must have either an Operator's license issued by the Ministry for Transport, or be licensed by the operator's Local Authority (including the Public Carriage Office).
• Members must hold a valid certificate of insurance for all their vehicles and for public liability.
• All drivers must be licensed by either their Local Authority, Public Carriage Office or licensed under the Ministry of Transport Operators License.
• Member's vehicles must be kept in a safe and roadworthy condition, as per the conditions decreed by their license.
• Members are encouraged to become members of an accredited industry organization such as the NLCA (National Limousine & Chauffeur Association).
