• Is their insurance current and correct? – evidence is required.
• Have all chauffeur’s successfully undergone chauffeurs CRB checks?
• Do chauffeurs have any recognised Chauffeur Accreditation - such as Chauffeur's Guild?
• Does the organisation belong to any recognised industry group, such as the National Limousine and Chauffeur Association (NLCA)?
• How long has the organisation been trading?
• Which geographical areas are covered?
• Size of limousine fleet.
• Which vehicles are on-fleet?
• Age of vehicles on the limousine fleet.
• Is there a limousine maintenance program and are records kept etc.?
• Which limousine services are offered – (weddings, proms etc.)?
• What other services are supplied?
• Is there a customer complaints procedure in place and is it used?

Once all the answers are received and analysed, Limo Hire is then able to take an informed decision as to which operators and companies can be accepted for inclusion as members into the on-line Limo Hire Directory.
