The chauffeur of the party bus was therefore held responsible for all the open alcohol that was onboard the party bus that night and was then issued a violation ticket fine of $230 which is under the Motor Vehicle Act and the Liquor Control and Licensing Act. To add to this mess, the chauffeur of the bus didn’t have any type of appropriate class of licence and it had been said that he was operating the bus without the proper chauffeur’s permit.

The seats had been removed and benches installed down each side. There was a dance floor in the centre with a ‘stripper pole.’

The bus came equipped with a driver and a DJ.
