The Benone Strand stretches seven miles along the northern side of County Derry, in Limavady, forming the longest beach in Ireland. The beach holds the European Blue Flag and Seaside Award, in recognition of the cleanliness and beauty of its sands and coastline; and is home to a golf course, supervised playground and outdoor paddling pool, making it an excellent choice for a day out with the family.
